His two friends have been constant companions of his for several years (previous to the time of the crime and continuing to the present). However, after the murder, one of these friends vehemently denied any knowledge whatsoever of the alleged murderer when the police questioned: “Do you know this person?” It should be noted that the friend’s application to the Karate school, in his own handwriting, states that he was referred to this school by his friend, the alleged murderer. One must ask why this friend lied to the police about his friendship and personal knowledge of the alleged murderer. A copy of the application was given to one detective. The visible truth left that detective speechless.
- By his own words, annual Christmas trips to the west were to visit his father in order to retrieve a large sum of money (enough to sustain him for one year). He said this money was given to him to ensure his absence from his father for another year.
- He proclaimed himself to be the “black sheep of a very wealthy family,” before his 1996 trip.
- He purchased the Hi-TEC boots just prior to the 1996 Christmas trip (same sole print as found next to JonBenét’s body.)
- He possessed a three-prong stun gun, as used on the victim’s body (lower left back and lower left leg).
- He practiced use of a stun gun on his friend’s Doberman pinscher. That friend is a convicted pedophile who molested over 53 children while simultaneously teaching the local police “tactical self-defense training techniques.” The relationship between the child molesting teacher and his adult students (area police), may be why the aforementioned information was not pursued for at least 18 months after the police had been alerted to this alleged pedophile. This friend is now doing time for a mere handful(9 counts) of the crimes that he has committed.
- His duplicate application to the Karate school has the suspect’s handwriting sample. It closely matches the handwriting on the ransom note. There is one letter of the alphabet that stands out as being so unique that one in ten million would print or write this particular letter in such an unusual fashion. This rare style of writing this particular letter appears on both the application and the ransom note. According to a forensic criminologist with over 25 years of experience, he has never seen this particular letter written in this fashion, there is no doubt in his mind that the same person wrote both documents. It also appears on the cover of a VHS tape titled, “The Seven Deadly Sins.” Note, the word “pride.” This is very symbolic of why JonBenét died. Hmmmmmm!
- Remember the Forensic Detective stated that the alleged murderer used words and phrases from movies in the 2 ½ page ransom note. Criminal Profiler, John Douglas agrees with this statement.
- A hand-carved, hand-painted, miniature Karate wood Training Sword (sealed with glistening lacquer), was stolen from the Karate school where he took classes prior to the crime. This sword matches the wood stick in the autopsy report used to complete the garrote. It is also described as a paintbrush handle; however, paintbrush handles are not finished with glistening lacquer. Nothing else, but THIS WOODEN SWORD would cause a V-shaped skull fractureto JonBenét.
Following is an excerpt from the autopsy report in black. Further possible explanations are enclosed in parenthesis in red lettering.
EXTERNAL EVIDENCE OF INJURY: Located just below the right ear at the right angle of the mandible, 1.5 inches below the right external auditory canal is a 3/8 x ¼ inch area of rust colored abrasion. In the lateral aspect of the left lower eyelid on the inner conjunctival surface is a 1-mm in maximum dimension petechial hemorrhage. Very fine, less than 1mm petechial hemorrhages are present on the skin of the upper eyelids bilaterally as well as on the lateral left cheek. On inverting the left upper eyelid there are much smaller, less than 1mm petechial hemorrhages located on the conjunctival surface. Possible petechial hemorrhages located on the conjunctival surfaces of the right upper and lower eyelids, but livor mortis on this side of the face makes definite identification difficult. Wrapped twice around the neck with a double knot in the midline of the posterior neck is a length of white cord similar to that described as being tied around the right wrist. (A criminal profiler explained that the double loops were done with such force that the perpetrator would have been able to take down a 300 pound man. At first glance, it appeared that there was a single wrap of cord around the neck; but instead, it was a very tight DOUBLE wrap of cord blocking off all blood supply to the head which is WHY when she received the blow to the head, there was very little blood pointing to the actual cause of death being strangulation as opposed to the skull fracture. All of this is evidence of great hatred from the perpetrator to the victim.) This ligature cord is cut on the right side of the neck and removed. A single black ink mark is placed on the left side of the cut and a double black ink mark on the right side of the cut. The posterior knot is left intact. Extending from the knot on the posterior aspect of the neck are two tails of the knot, one measuring 4 inches in length and having a frayed end, and the other measuring 17 inches in length with the end tied in multiple loops around a length of a tan-brown wooden stick which measures 4.5 inches in length. This wooden stick is irregularly broken at both ends to conceal what it originally was and there are several colors of paint and apparent glistening varnish on the surface. Printed in gold letters on one end of the wooden stick is the word “Korea.” The tail end of another word (in black lacquer) extends from beneath the loops of the cord tied around the stick and is not able to be interpreted (the black lacquer scripting is Korean lettering).Blonde hair is entwined in the knot on the posterior aspect of the neck as well as in the cord wrapped around the wooden stick. It appears to be made of a white synthetic material (as would be found on a fishing boat). Also secured around the neck is a gold chain with a single charm in the form of a cross. A deep ligature furrow encircles the entire neck.(As in most murder cases, this brutal attack was very personal and therefore a relative or family member should be the focus of this investigation, including illegitimate family members. A deep hatred for his father’s devotion to the other siblings would cause a person to use this kind of force, especially if he sees himself as the “black sheep” of the family.)The width of the furrow varies from one-eighth of an inch to five-sixteenths of an inch and is horizontal in orientation, with little upward deviation. The skin of the anterior neck above and below the ligature furrow contains areas of petechial hemorrhage and abrasion encompassing an area measuring approximately 3x2 inches. The ligature furrow crosses the anterior midline of the neck just below the laryngeal prominence, approximately at the level of the cricoids cartilage. It is almost completely horizontal with slight upward deviation from the horizontal towards the back of the neck. The midline of the furrow mark on the anterior neck is 8 inches below the top of the head. The midline of the furrow mark on the posterior neck is 6.75 inches below the top of the head. The area of abrasion and petechial hemorrhage of the skin of the anterior neck includes on the lower left neck, just to the left of the midline, a roughly triangular, parchment-like rust colored abrasion which measures 1.5 inches in length with a maximum width of 0.75 inches. This roughly triangular shaped abrasion is obliquely oriented with the apex superior and lateral. (If someone were struck with the end of the wooden sword because of its triangular shaped end, you would see this aforementioned wound in this shape and size, based on the fact that the original length of the wood stick was only approximately 22 inches long in its full length, prior to being broken off at each end for the purpose of concealing what it originally was.)The remainder of the abrasions and petechial hemorrhages of the skin above and below the anterior projection of the ligature furrow are non-patterned, purple to rust colored, and present in the midline, right, and left areas of the anterior neck. The skin just above the ligature furrow along the right side of the neck contains petechial hemorrhage composed of multiple confluent very small petechial hemorrhages as well as several large petechial hemorrhages measuring up to one-sixteenth and one-eighth of an inch in maximum dimension. Similar smaller petechial hemorrhages are present on the skin below the ligature furrow on the left lateral aspect of the neck. Located on the right side of the chin is a three-sixteenths by one-eighth of an inch area of superficial abrasion. On the posterior aspect of the right shoulder is a poorly demarcated, very superficial focus of abrasion/contusion which is pale purple in color and measures up to three-quarters by one-half inch in maximum dimension. Several linear aggregates of petechial hemorrhages are present in the anterior left shoulder just above deltopectoral groove. These measure up to one inch in length by one-sixteenth to one-eighth of an inch in width. On the left lateral aspect of the lower back, approximately sixteen and one-quarter inches and seventeen and one-half inches below the level of the top of the head are two dried rust colored to slightly purple abrasions. The more superior of the two measures one-eighth by one-sixteenth of an inch and the more inferior measures three-sixteenths by one-eighth of an inch. There is no surrounding contusion identified. On the posterior aspect of the left lower leg, almost in the midline, approximately 4 inches above the level of the heel are two small scratch-like abrasions which are dried and rust colored. They measure one-sixteenth by less than one-sixteenth of an inch and one-eighth by less than one-sixteenth of an inch, respectively.

Sooooooooo, why does M’Linda believe the 3rd Santa committed this heinous crime against a six-year-old little girl???
• Upon his return to New Jersey from his December, 1996, vacation, his behavior was marked by aggressive anger.
• He was witnessed depositing something in the waterway, not by one, but two eyewitnesses.
• He is a self-proclaimed “Man of Mystery,”which was his explanation for insisting on being addressed by his new name,IMMEDIATELY after his return from his 1996 Christmas vacation to retrieve his $118,000 inheritance from his father.
• He uses several aliasesas stated above. At one time he dropped his wallet. When the Karate instructor helped pick it up he observed cards with a variety of names, including those he had used before and the one that he was then using.
He has recently made himself unavailableby simultaneously:
A) Changing his name
B) Changing his appearance
C) Changing his place of residence
D) Leaving his employment stating he is “on sabbatical.” (One must ask, if this man is on sabbatical from his employment, then how can he survive without money for the bare necessities of life?)
Doesn’t the combination of the aforementioned A, B, C and D scream “Investigate this man!?” If not, please tell us all why not.
Financial assistance from his friends may have given him the means to commit this crime. M’Linda believes his motive could have been jealousyof his real or imagined half-siblings. His window of opportunity to make this trip was there, as he was not working at the time the crime was committed. All three men were not working at the time of the murder.
Means + Motive + Opportunity = Suspect
If all involved cooperate, the wall of secrets may be climbed, conquered and broken down. If all continue to work against one another, M’Linda feels she will have to go back and take another path in order to find justice for the senseless, brutal killing of JonBenét.
Sometimes we must take the path least taken in order to accomplish a common goal. Mr. Alex Hunter showed great vision in using “The Globe’s” many resources in an effort to solve this hideous murder case.
Consider the many tangible facts that all point to the person M’Linda refers to as “he” throughout this book.
